SHGs, income generation, women in governance and women’s land rights.
Paryay works with landless, Dalit, tribal, minority, women and children communities in Marathwada — strengthening dignity, livelihoods, education, water security and democratic rights.

Paryay focuses on the Marathwada region of Maharashtra where natural resources, livelihood opportunities and human rights challenges are intense. Its work supports the social, economic, cultural and educational development of men, women and children from landless Dalit, tribal and minority communities.
Through capacity building, information dissemination, natural resource management, research, networking, policy advocacy and livelihood promotion, Paryay helps communities become independent, confident and able to stand up for their rights.
Over the years Paryay has built a grounded approach to reach the unreached in remote rural areas and urban slums.
